Well, the Web Entertainment Guide contest has come and gone and The Andrew and Matt Show came in second. So, while we didn't win the grand prize- that's no reason to downplay the enormous response from our fans. When all was said and done, we collected over 1,800 votes- more than any of us expected. It was truly an astounding accomplishment for us and only further served to energize work on the upcoming second season of the show.

We have entered the FINAL WEEK of voting in Web Entertainment Guide’s Web Series contest. A contest in which, in case you still didn’t know, The Andrew and Matt Show is a finalist. Things have been admittedly quiet, but 2010 promises to be a big year for The Andrew and Matt Show. Season 1 will see a nationwide DVD release this summer, and a massive screening event is planned to coincide with it. Also, season 2 is slated to begin shooting this May with an eye on the early fall for a debut. But more importantly is what’s going on right now.

The show has been selected as a finalist in Web Entertainment Guide’s Web Series Contest. Winning would mean an award of $10,000 towards the production of season 2. However, winning depends on you the viewer. Yes that’s right, we need your VOTES to win this thing.
